This year's topic will be "Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) and Open Access (OA)." Peter Suber and Richard Stallman will be our keynote speakers. While there will be a few sessions dedicated to the theme, all of the usual areas of interest (robotics and AI, modeling, teaching, and so on) will also be represented.
